为满足工业CT数据传输的大容量、高速度和高可靠性要求,设计了基于USB2.0接口芯片的工业CT数据传输系统。在数据传输过程中,FPGA作为主控制器,USB2.0芯片CY7C68013A工作于SlaveFIFO模式,将从数据采集系统获得的数据传输给上位机进行图像重建。测试结果表明,数据传输速度可达33MB/s,传输准确率为100%,该系统能满足工业CT数据传输的要求。
In order to meet the requirements of large capacity, high speed and high reliability of data trans- mission for industrial CT, a data transmission system based on USB2. 0 was designed. In the process of data transmission, FPGA was the main controller, and USB2. 0 CY7C68013A worked in slave FIFO mode. The system sent the data got from data acquisition system to host computer for image reconstruc- tion. The testing results show that the transmission rate can reach 33 MB/s and the precision is 100K. The system satisfies the requirements of data transmission for industrial CT.
