利用工业CT扫描工件可得到包含工件内部裂纹的三维CT图像,而将裂纹面从CT图像中提取出来是对裂纹属性进行分析的关键,对确保工件可靠性具有重要的意义。针对直接3D C-V模型提取裂纹面速度慢的特点,研究了三维小波与C-V模型相结合的图像分割方法,提高裂纹图像分割速度。实验结果表明,与直接3DC-V模型相比,该方法可将三维C-V模型提取裂纹的速度提高大约1.5倍,为后续裂纹分析打下基础。
3D ICT image which contains cracks can be obtained by scanning.Exacting the cracks from CT image is of great significance to analyze its property and ensure the security of the workpiece.An efficient detection can be obtained by using the 3D C-V model,but the rate of 3D C-V model's evolution is slow.This paper researched a method combining 3D wavelet transform with 3D C-V model to improve the speed of crack detection.In the numerical experiment,both 3D C-V model and the method proposed could exact the crack defect from the ICT image.The result shows that the proposed method is effective and the speed of crack detection is improved about one point five times.The detection result is convenient for next data analysis.
