提出一种采用不锈钢钢板网衬固定高性能软织物以增强细骨料混凝土,并将它预制成永久模板与现浇混凝土叠合的方法。首先对管形织物增强混凝土永久柱模板试验室制作方法及工艺进行了研究,然后,对织物增强混凝土永久模板与现浇混凝土叠合而成的圆形短柱进行轴心受压性能试验。初步试验结果表明,预制织物增强混凝土管形模板和现浇混凝土核心短柱能够较好的协同工作,管形模板中的织物网能够有效的发挥约束核心混凝土的作用。
For textile reinforced concrete,a method which is using stainless expanded sheets as the stand-by of high performance soft textile. By the method, the composite circular concrete short columns of textile reinforced concrete stay-in-place formwork were made. First, the technological process of the tubular textile reinforced concrete stay-in-place formwork was studied in the laboratory. Then, the experiment of the axial compression performance of the composite circular concrete short columns of textile reinforced concrete stay-inplace formwork was studied. Preliminary test results show that, the composite structure of together with precast the tubular textile reinforced concrete stay-in-place formwork and the core cast concrete short column has a better work performance, and the textile can play the constraint role of the core concrete.
