为确定肋形混凝土永久柱模板的肋方向、拼接方式和板缝处理方法对柱承载能力等影响,制作了横肋和竖肋模板的整块对缝拼接、整块错缝拼接、分块错缝拼接共3大类的干接缝、预埋铁丝接缝、环氧树脂接缝、同时用预埋铁丝与环氧树脂接缝处理的24组、48个短柱试件,并同时用传统方法制作2个同规格短柱试件,进行承载力试验。试验结果表明,使用肋形永久性拼接柱模板叠合混凝土试件均高于传统方法制作的试件,竖肋试件高于横肋试件,错缝拼接试件高于对缝拼接试件,整块拼接试件高于分块拼接试件,同时用铁丝和环氧树脂处理接缝整块错缝拼接短柱抗压能力最强,但用预埋铁丝方法处理接缝效果有限。试验结果可为使用该种类模板提供参考。

The test piece of the vertical rib is higher than that of the transverse rib specimen, the whole piece of splicing test pieces is higher than the block splicing test pieces, while the use of wire and epoxy resin to deal with seams stitch stitching short column compression ability of the strongest, but with the embedded wire method to deal with the joint effect is limited. The testing results can provide a reference for using the type of formwork.
