织物增强混凝土(TRC,Tensile Reinforced Concrete)是一种新型建筑结构材料,近年来,对TRC展开各种研究的国家越来越多。由两组T型梁构成,一组采用不锈钢钢板网衬固定高性能纤维织物,并用超高性能混凝土预制成模板,形成钢板网和纤维织物联合增强混凝土永久性模板,与现浇混凝土结合协同受力的T型叠合梁,另一组T型梁直接用混凝土整浇作为对比梁。两组T型梁分别进行四点抗弯试验,根据试验结果分析织物增强混凝土对叠合梁力学性能的影响。通过对两组T型梁的破坏情况研究。分析此类叠合构件对其刚度、承载力、裂缝开展等的影响。
Textile reinforced concrete is a new type structure materials, in recent years, more and more countries have started to study it. This experiment is to prepare two sets ofT shaped beam,a group of first with stainless steel mesh lining fixed high performance fiber fab- ric, and ultra high performance concrete prefabricated template, form a steel plate mesh and fiber fabric combined reinforced concrete per- manent mould plate,to the cast-in-situ concrete formwork and permanent template and cast-in-place concrete association with the T-shaped composite beam.Another group of T beam is directly used as the contrast beam.Two groups of T-shaped beam were carried out four point bending test, according to the test results, the effect of fabric reinforced concrete on the mechanical properties of the composite beam was analyzed.Through the research on the damage of T beam,the use of permanent formwork can effectively improve the bending resistance of RC beam.Steel mesh and fabric mesh can bear part of the tension, reduce the deflection of the beam, improve the bending re- sistance and stiffness, and transfer the load through the permanent formwork and the cast in place concrete.The performance of both of them is good, which can be combined with deformation and stress, and can effectively control the development of cracks.
