越来越多的化学物质在生产、运输和使用过程中不可避免地进入了饮用水源,对人体健康和生态环境造成了严重的威胁,因此饮用水安全评价具有重大意义。文章系统介绍了现有饮用水及相关材料的生物安全评价技术的原理、过程和应用,比较分析了各评价技术的优势和不足,重点介绍了基于细胞形态变化的VERO细胞培养法,并提出了进一步完善的建议。
Bio-safety evaluation of drinking water source is significant since an increasing number of chemicals resulted from the process of production, transportation and use were found in drinking water source which would arouse adverse effects on human health. Principles, procedures and practical applications of the methods for bio-safety evaluation 'of drinking water and the products for use in contact with water were systematically introduced. Comparison analysis was made to indicate the advantages and problems of various technologies, to propose a broad, reliable, sensitive and applicable method for bio-safety evaluation of drinking water in the future.
