用棉籽黑液与黄陵煤粉配制水煤浆燃料具有明显的节能减排效益,利用黏度计和热天平等研究了黑液水煤浆的微观理化特征和成浆燃烧机制。发现棉籽黑液比去离子水更有利于制备高浓度和低黏度的水煤浆,当表观黏度为1000 mPa.s时的最大成浆浓度为63.7%,原因是棉籽黑液中富含的棉籽木质素和有机酸盐等具有表面活性剂功能。当棉籽黑液中固体生物质含量增加时,棉籽黑液的表面张力逐渐降低,使黑液水煤浆的最大成浆浓度进一步提高。黑液水煤浆的着火温度和活化能明显低于煤粉,这是由于水分析出导致煤粉内部产生大量孔隙,并且煤粉表面粘结了许多棉籽生物质促进焦炭着火燃烧。
It is beneficial in environment and economy to recycle cottonseed black liquor and blend with pulverized huangling coal to prepare coal water slurry(CWS) fuel.The physicochemical microstructures,slurryability and combustion properties of black liquor CWS were investigated on a viscometer and thermal balance.It is found that cottonseed black liquor is superior to deionized water in preparing quality CWS with high concentration and low viscosity.The highest solid concentration of black liquor CWS is 63.7% when apparent viscosity is 1000 mPa.s.It is because the cottonseed lignocellulose and organic compounds in black liquor can act as surfactants to improve CWS property.The surface tension of black liquor gradually decreases with an increase in solid biomass content in black liquor,which results in an increased solid concentration of black liquor CWS.The ignition temperature and activation energy of black liquor CWS are lower than those of pulverized coal.The reason is that abundant micropores in coal particles resulted from moisture evaporation in CWS facilitate O2 diffusion and cottonseed biomass adhered to particle surfaces facilitates coal ignition.
