分析印尼褐煤经乙醇和正己烷两种有机溶剂加压提质后理化特性的变化规律。在反应温度为300℃,压力为17MPa时,褐煤经乙醇提质后的固体产率为65.1%;在反应温度为300℃,压力为12 MPa时,褐煤经正己烷提质后的固体产率为74.4%。提质后褐煤的O/C和H/C降低,热值大幅度提高,煤阶升高。提质后褐煤表面产生较多微孔和大孔,且随着反应温度的增加,小孔数量减少,大孔数量增加。提质后褐煤中羧基、羰基、羟基等含氧官能团大幅度减少,芳香环缩合程度增加。在反应温度为300℃下,褐煤中的羰基所含比例由原煤19.42%分别下降到5.72%(乙醇提质)和2.04%(正己烷提质),而羧基已经全部分解。
The physicochemical properties of Indonesia lignite after upgrading by two organic solvents(ethanol and n-hexane)were analyzed.The solid yield rates of lignite upgraded by ethanol and n-hexane are 65.1%and 74.4%at 300℃,17 MPa and 300℃,12 MPa,respectively.In addition,the organic solvents upgrading significantly decreased the atomic ratios of 0/C and H/C,increased the calorific value of lignite,and improved the rank of lignite.The number of small holes on the surface of the upgraded lignite reduced and those of mesopores and macropores increased with reaction temperature.Due to the extraction and decomposition of lignite in the process of upgrading,the content of carboxyl,carbonyl,hydroxyl,and other oxygen-containing functional groups are significantly decreased.The content of carbonyl in the lignite decreased from 19.42%to 5.72%after ethanol upgrading and to 2.04%after n-hexane upgrading at 300℃,but the carboxyl groups were decomposed after organic solvent upgrading at 300℃.
