以阴离子表面活性剂亚甲基萘磺酸钠-苯乙烯磺酸钠-马来酸钠作为分散剂,分别对2种褐煤与1种石油焦的共成浆性进行实验研究,考察褐煤焦浆表面特性与成浆特性的内在关系.结果表明:随着煤焦比的增加,浆体表面张力变大,成浆浓度降低,表面张力与成浆性之间存在定性关系,降低表面张力有利于成浆浓度的提高;褐煤的加入使水焦浆由胀流性流体转变为假塑性流体,且煤焦比越大,浆体的假塑性特征越强;随着煤焦比的增加,浆体Zeta电位绝对值增加,颗粒表面荷电量增大,浆体稳定性提高;当煤焦比为2∶3时,可获得成浆浓度高于60%、析水率低于5%的假塑性浆体燃料.
Experimental study on slurry ability of lignites mixed with petroleum coke was performed,taking the anion surface active agent-methylene naphthalene sulfonate-sodium styrene sulfonate-cacodylic acid sodium salt as the dispersant.Two kinds of lignites were selected to investigate the internal relationship between surface properties of lignite petroleum coke slurry and its slurry ability.The results show that,surface tension of the slurry increased with the ratio of coal to coke,while the slurry ability decreased.Between surface tension and slurry ability,there was qualitative relationship that reducing the surface tension would raise the slurry concentration.By adding lignite,the petroleum coke water slurry transformed into pseudoplastic fluid from dilatant fluid,and this performance could be enhanced with the ratio of coal to coke.In addition,the absolute value of Zeta potential increased too,which enhanced the stability of the mixed slurry.When the ratio of coal to coke was 2 ∶ 3,the pseudoplastic slurry could be obtained,of which the slurry concentration was above 60 %,and the drainage rate was lower than 5 %.
