目的:通过磁共振扩散加权成像与肝功能终末期肝病模型MELD(Model for End-Stage Liver Disease,MELD)评分的相关性研究,探讨磁共振扩散加权成像评价肝硬化病人肝功能的应用价值。
Objective:Through the study of correlation between magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging(MR-DWI) and model for end-stage liver disease to investigate the value of MR-DWI in estimating liver function of liver cirrhosis. Methods:Thirty cases of normal volunteers and 30 cases of liver cirrhosis patients were examined using magnetic resonance imaging. The apparence diffusion coefficient values(ADCS) was measured and compared between the control and experimental groups. The correlation between ADCS and MELD scores was also analyzed. Results:ADCS in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P〈0.01).When b=800,there was significant negative correlation between patient's ADCS and MELD scores(r=-0.69,P〈0.01).Conclusion:Measuring ADC value of liver had highly clinical application value for evaluating liver function in liver cirrhosis patients.
