目的探讨基于农疗成果分享的家庭功能康复技术干预对稳定期精神分裂症患者整体状况和家庭关系的影响。方法将60例稳定期精神分裂症患者按随机数字表法分为两组，每组30例，均予以1种非典型抗精神病药物维持治疗和常规院内康复干预，并参加农艺治疗，研究组在此基础上开展以农疗成果分享为主题的互动性结构式团体家庭治疗，观察1a。干预前后采用大体评定量表评定患者的整体状态变化，采用家庭亲密度适应性量表评价患者及家属的家庭关系。结果干预后两组大体评定量表评分均较干预前显著升高（P〈0．01），研究组显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）；研究组患者及家属家庭亲密度适应性量表的家庭亲密度、家庭适应性因子评分均较干预前显著升高（P〈0．05），对照组均无显著变化（P〉0．05），研究组显著高于对照组（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论基于农疗成果分享的精神分裂症患者家庭功能康复技术干预能显著提高患者的整体治疗效果和患者与家属的亲密度，改善家庭关系，提高家庭功能。

英文摘要：

Objective To explore the influence of schizophrenic＇s family functional rehabilitation technology based on farming therapy outcome sharing on whole situation and family relationship schizophrenic in stationary phase. Methods Sixty schizophrenics in stationary phase were assigned to two groups of 30 ones each according to random number table, both groups received 1 atypical antipsychotic maintenance therapy and routine hospital rehabilitation intervention and participated in farming therapy, and on this ba- sis interactive structured group family therapies with the theme of farming therapy outcome sharing were developed in research group for 1 year. Patients＇ whole situations were assessed with the Global Assessment Scale （GAS） and family relationships with the Family Adaptability and Cohesion Scale （FACES Ⅱ- CV）. Results After intervention the GAS scores of both groups heightened more significantly compared with pre-intervention （P〈0.01）, that was significantly higher in research than control group （P〈0.01） ; family cohesion and adaptability score of the FACES Ⅱ-CV heightened more significantly compared with pre-intervention in research group （P〈0.05）, had no significant changes in control group （P〉0.05）, and were significantly higher in research than control group （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion Schizophrenic＇s family functional rehabilitation technology based on farming therapy outcome sharing could notably boost patients＇ whole treatment outcomes and cohesion of patients and family members, improve family relationship, and boost family function.
