生态县的评价指标和方法是衡量城市生态规划、建设、管理成效的主要依据。笔者以山西省长治县为例,探讨了全排列多边形综合图示评价法在生态县建设评价中的应用。结果表明：长治县生态县建设综合指标在2008年还处于一个较低的水平,发展能力较弱,部分指标与生态县建设的指标要求差距较大;到2010年长治县的综合指标有明显的增幅;在2015年将逐步达到综合指标的要求;到2020年,长治县的生态建设将会稳步向前,部分指标会超出指标要求,并且不断提高。

英文摘要：

Ecological County is an effective approach of sustainable development.Evaluation indication system and methods are the main basis of urban ecological planning,construction and management.This paper took Changzhi County of Shanxi province as a case study,discussed the application of full array polygon synthesis icons evaluation in ecological county evaluation.The results showed that integrated ecological indicator of Changzhi County was still at a low level of development in 2008,some indicators of Chanzhi County had a big difference with nation indicators.However,integrated indicator of Changzhi County in 2010 was enhanced greater,and meet the nation indication request in 2015.Changzhi County will make a great progress in ecological improvement in 2020.
