The problem of deciphering ancient Egyptian astronomical zodiacs has a long history.After Napoleonic expedition to Egypt,the discovery of Dendera Zodiacs provoked a hot debate between astronomers who believed the zodiacs are real＂star map＂and scholars who thought they are just religious fantancy.The debate lasted till now.This paper will combine the astronomical method with the historical interpretation of the zodiacs based on both texts and images,create a more accurate understanding of the Egyptian religion and its rituals,in order to be closer to the special knowledge that built on rituals in ancient high culture.
