There is inevitability for FDI to flow into China. Though foreign capital has tremendously impelled China＇s economic growth, the great hidden troubles lurk behind the high cost of FDI absorption. As a big developing country, China cannot depend excessively on FDI for its function in economic growth. It is high time that Chinese private capital should be given an equal status as FDI.
