现有圆筒型非横向磁通式直线振荡电机因铁心冲片叠装困难、动磁式永磁体支架性能要求高及行程短限制了其在低成本及高控制性能要求领域中的应用。该文提出的新型双定子横向磁通直线振荡电机克服了这些缺点,适用于冰箱、空气压缩机等民用产品。建立线性数学模型及准二维有限元模型,求出了力与电流的正比关系式,理论分析结果与实验结果相符。通过三组实测的振幅、电流与频率间变化曲线分析了电机实际振动频率与弹簧弹性系数的关系及系统的共振频率。
Available tubular flux un-reversal linear oscillatory motors have many disadvantages such as difficult processing stators, high perferamnce magnet holder and short stroke, which limit their application in low cost and high control perfermance areas.. A novel flux reversal linear oscillatory motor with two divided stators has been developed in this paper to overcome the former disavantages. It is suitable to apply in refrigeratory, air compressor and household products. Based on established linear mathematical model and the quasi-2D Finite Element model, the proportional relationship between the current and the driven force was obtained. Prototype experiment were conducted to verify the anaylsis result. Based on the measured amplitude, current and power frequency, the relationship was analyzed between actual oscillatory frequency and spring factor, and the system resonant frequeny.
