The effect of different concentrations ofphytic acid in the medium on Bacillus subtilis 0085 and 0090 growth, sporulation and inhibiton on B. subtilis phages was investigated. The results showed that adding phytic acid 0.150% had significant inhibitory impact on B. subtilis phages P85 and P90, and affected the formation of spores, adding phytic acid 0.070% had a certain inhibition impact on Bacillus subtilis phages P85 and P90, but not affect the growth ofB. subtilis and spore.
