以甲醇和水为混合溶剂,以NaNO3为矿化剂,用溶剂热法合成了Co3O4。借助XRD和TEM对产物的物相和形貌进行了表征,通过循环伏安和恒流充放电测试对Co3O4电极的电化学性能进行了分析。结果表明,所得样品为30nm左右的立方状Co3O4,在1000次循环充放电的过程中,纳米Co3O4电极的放电比容量逐渐增大直至稳定,最高比容量可达到306F.g-1。进一步对所得Co3O4样品进行改性研究证实:掺入适当比例的铝(Al)源可有效地改善Co3O4的电容性能。
The nano-Co3O4 was synthesized via solvothermal method in water-methanol solvent system using NaNO3 as mineralizer.The structure and morphology of the Co3O4 sample were charactrized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),The electrochemical properties were performed by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and galvanostatic charge/discharge methods.The results showed that the obtained sample was nanocubic Co3O4 particles with the average diameter of about 30nm.In addition,the specific capacitance of nano-Co3O4 reached 306F·g-1 at the current of 5 mA after 1000 cycles.When doped with Al,the capacitance performance can be improved effectively.
