雏鸡离体空肠对纳米氧化铜吸收速率的研究

目的:采用翻转肠囊法研究雏鸡离体空肠对硫酸铜、氧化铜和纳米氧化铜的吸收速率。方法:选取50日龄白莱航公雏鸡9只,随机分为3组,扑杀后取空肠制成3段翻转肠囊,翻转肠囊长4~5 cm,进行体外培养。1~3组培养基质中分别以硫酸铜、氧化铜和纳米氧化铜的形式添加铜16 mg/L。结果:在培养时间为0.5、1和1.5 h,空肠对纳米氧化铜的吸收速率显著高于硫酸铜和氧化铜(P〈0.05),纳米氧化铜组空肠肠壁铜沉积极显著高于硫酸铜和氧化铜组(P〈0.01)。结论:试验表明,雏鸡离体空肠对纳米氧化铜的吸收速率显著高于硫酸铜和氧化铜。

英文摘要:

Objective:The everted jejunum sac experiment was used to study the absorption rate of CuSO4,CuO and nano-CuO in jejunum of chickens in vitro.Method:Nine fifty-day-old White Leghorn chickens were divided into 3 groups randomly,and separated jejunum to prepare 4~5 cm everted sac to culture in vitro.Each chicken was made 3 segments everted sac.The nutrient solution of groups 1 to 3 were added with Cu 16 mg/L in form of CuSO4,CuO and nano-CuO,respectively.Result:The results showed that: the jejunum absorption rate of nano-CuO was significantly higher(P0.05)than that of CuSO4 and CuO within 0.5 h,1 h and 1.5 h.The copper contents of the nano-CuO jejunum group were extremely significant higher(P0.01) than that of CuSO4 and CuO groups.Conclusion:The experiment indicates that the jejunum absorption rate of nano-CuO was higher than that of CuSO4 and CuO.
