Taking diester-diterpenoid aconitum alkaloids components as reactant,methods of specific conversion of diester-diterpenoid aconitum alkaloids components into hydrolysis monoester-diterpenoid alkaloids components and lipo-alkaloids components were established using different reagent system;conversion percentages were no less than 90%.Electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry was used to monitor conversion degree and identify conversion products as well as to detect by-products of the reactions.
