以中华绒螯蟹眼柄视神经节为材料,通过蛋白液相色谱仪分离具有提高血糖浓度的物质;同种生物体内活性鉴定结果显示,样品9具有高血糖活性,为高血糖素或含有高血糖素.经进一步对样品分离和收集后对其部分生化性质进行分析,初步确定它是具有高血糖的作用和酸性等电点的热稳定产物.
Crud extract of optic ganlion of E. sinensis was made. Through reversed phase chromatography (RPC), 13 samples were obtained. The hyperglycemic activity of sample 9 was significant as showed in hyperglycemic activity bioassay. The sample 9 was estimated to be or contain hyperglycemic hormone. Further analysis characterized that the hyperglycemic activity sample is thermal stability, and has acid isoelectric point. These results are bases for ,solving the problem of E. sinensis precocious.
