湿透的衣服紧贴着人体皮肤,使伸展、弯曲等动作受到很大约束,并带来生理、心理上的强烈不适感。因此,研究面料与皮肤表面的液体之间的贴附性至关重要。文章基于一种新的测试装置与方法,获取最大贴附力、最大贴附距离、贴附功三个指标,以及贴附距离.贴附力曲线,可评价面料与液体间的贴附性。对4种典型面料进行了实验,表明测试结果具有较好的区分度和可重现性,可用于比较不同面料与液体间的贴附性;分离速度、预加张力、润湿时长、水温及液体类型这些测试条件对结果均有不同程度的影响,应进行合理控制。
Wet clothes cling closely to human skin, which brings physical and mental discomfort and restrictions on body movements such as stretching and bending. Hence, it is of great concern to study the adhesion between the fabric and the liquid on the skin surface. Based on a new testing instrument and a new method, maximum adhesion force, maximum adhesion distance, and adhesion work as well as adhesion distance-adhesion force curve are obtained to evaluate the adhesion property between different fabrics and liquid. The experimental results of 4 kinds of typical fabrics show reliable differentiation and reproducibility. The measurement is suitable for comparing adhesion of different fabrics to liquid. The testing conditions such as separating speed, pretension, wetting duration, water temperature and liquid type all affect the results to different extents and should be properly controlled.
