目的探讨脑电生物反馈对儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的临床效果。方法对60例符合诊断的ADHD患儿,通过脑电生物反馈诊断治疗仪的基线测试采集脑电波数值,然后以放大的视觉及听觉信号进行实时反馈,同时进行心理辅导,在治疗前后行伟思视听整合连续性测试、Conners儿童行为问卷。结果综合反应控制商数及注意力商数在治疗1个疗程后,各商数〉80,治疗2个疗程后,各商数均〉85,视听觉平均反应时间缩短,干预后品行问题、学习问题、心身障碍问题、多动问题均有改善,第2个疗程较第1个疗程改善更加明显。结论生物反馈治疗儿童多动症及行为问题有效,且干预时间是影响效果的重要因素。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of EEG biofeedback training on children with attention deficit hyperac- tivity disorder (ADHD). Methods 60 cases of children who were diagnosed as ADHD according to American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders. Baseline was tested by EEG biofeedback diagnosis and treatment systems, and acquisition value of brain waves enlarged vision and auditory feedback signals, while psychological counseling, before and after treatment the use of WISELY visual and auditory continuous performance test and Conners Child Behavior Questionnaire. Results Combined control quotient and attention quotient after a course of treatment, each quotient was greater than 80, after two courses of treatment, each quotient was greater than 85, the average visual and auditory reaction time became shorter. After the intervention Conners questionnaire conduct problems, learning problems ,psychosomatic disorder problems, and hyperactivity problems were improved. Improvement compared with the first course of treatment was more obvious after the first two treatment process. Conclusion Biofeedback treatment of children with ADHD and behav- ioral problems are effective, and time is an important factor affecting the intervention effect.
