目的：观察温阳通里方治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床疗效。方法：符合诊断的85例患者随机分为对照组41例,静脉滴注凯时（前列腺素E1）,温阳通里方治疗组44例,口服温阳通里方,两组均以一般治疗为基础,30天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果：治疗组治愈率40.91%,总有效率95.45%,对照组治愈率29.27%,总有效率85.37%,经t检验,两组治愈率、总有效率比较均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：应用温阳通里方中西医结合治疗本病取得良好疗效。

Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of Wenyang Tongli Prescription for lower extremity arterial occlusive dis-ease. Methods ：85 patients with lower extremity arterial occlusive disease were randomly divided into two groups. Patients of control group were given western drug therapy and the patients of treatment group were treated by Wenyang Tongli prescription. 30 days was one course of treatment. All patients were treated two courses. Results ：The clinical cure rate of treatment group was 40.91% and the total effect rate was 95.45%. The clinical cure rate of control group was 29.27% and the total effect rate was 85.37%. There were statistical differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The treatment group was better. Conclusion： Wenyang Tongli Prescription is an effective treatment for lower extremity arterial occlusive disease.
