目的通过荧光光谱法探讨β-环糊精(β-CD)、磺丁基-β-环糊精(SBE-β-CD)、羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)、甲基β-环糊精(M-β-CD)对蛇床子素的包合作用。方法固定1×10^-4mol/L蛇床子素磷酸缓冲溶液浓度不变,分别加入不同体积的浓度为0.01 mol/L的β-CD、M-β-CD、HP-β-CD、SBE-β-CD溶液,观察蛇床子素的荧光强度的变化,并用荧光双倒数法对包合常数进行计算。结果当β-环糊精及其衍生物的浓度由0-2.2×10^-4mol/L不断改变时,蛇床子素的荧光强度不断增强,说明了有包合物生成。结论β-环糊精及其衍生物与蛇床子素的包合具有良好的线性关系,蛇床子素可以进入到β-环糊精及其衍生物的疏水空腔内,形成包合比为1∶1的包合物。
Objective To explore the clathration between osthol and β-CDs by fluorescence spectrometry method. Methods The changes of the fluorescence intensity of osthol were observed after adding the concentration of β-CD,M-β-CD,HP-β-CD,SBE-β-CD into the osthol of 1 × 10^-4mol / L,respectively. Moreover,the inclusion constants were calculated by the fluorescent double inverse method. Results The fluorescence spectrometry intensity of osthol increased after adding β-CDs in the range of 0- 2. 2 × 10^-4mol /L,demonstrating the formation of inclusion compounds. Conclusion The results suggest that a good linear relationship is observed between the osthol and β-CDs. The osthol could enter the hydrophobic cavity of β-CDs to form the inclusion compounds with an inclusion ratio of 1∶ 1.
