通过铜模喷铸的方法制备得到快速凝固态AZ61镁合金,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)分析、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察对铸态及快速凝固态AZ61镁合金的组织结构及相的组成进行表征。研究发现快速凝固态AZ61镁合金的组织均匀细小,且样品中弥散分布着颗粒状的Mg17Al12相,除此之外,该合金的α-Mg中还固溶了大量的Al、Zn元素。通过压缩实验发现快速凝固态AZ61镁合金具有极高的强度,其压缩断裂强度达到440 MPa,远高于铸态AZ61镁合金。同时还测试各个样品在3.5%NaCl中性溶液中TAFEL曲线并结合腐蚀表面SEM图研究样品的腐蚀性能。
The rapidly solidified AZ61 magnesium alloy was prepared by copper mold casting.The microstructures and the phase of the as-cast and rapidly solidified AZ61 magnesium alloy samples were characterized by using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the microstructure of the rapidly solidified AZ61 magnesium alloy is homogenous and fine,and the granular Mg17Al12 phase is dispersively distributed in matrix of sample.Furthermore,large amount of Al and Zn elements are solid dissolved in α-Mg phase.The compression test shows that the strength of the rapidly solidified AZ61 magnesium alloy is especially high,compressed rupture strength of which reaches 440 MPa,far better than ascast AZ61 magnesium alloy.TAFEL curves of samples in the 3.5%NaCl solution were tested.Combined with SEM images of corrosion surface,their corrosion properties were investigated.
