采用金相分析、拉伸实验、动态机械热分析等方法,研究了均匀化和未均匀化的AZ61镁合金在一次挤压态、二次挤压态及锻造态下的显微组织、力学性能和阻尼性能.结果表明:AZ61镁合金经3种塑性加工工艺后不同变形态之间的力学性能差别不大,但阻尼性能发生了显著变化;当应变振幅为5×10^-3时,锻造态AZ61镁合金的阻尼性能相对于二次挤压态提高了5倍多.加工工艺对AZ61镁合金阻尼性能的影响规律可由Granato-Lucke理论得到很好的解释.
Microstructure, mechanical properties and damping capacity of AZ61 magnesium alloy with and without homogenize annealing, experiencing three types of processes respectively, including first and second extrusions and forging, were investigated by using metallographic analysis, tensile test and dynamic mechanical analysis. The results show that there were nearly no differences in the me- chanical properties of AZ61 magnesium alloy with above three different processes, but its damping capacity has changed obviously. When the strain amplitude is 5 × 10^-3 , the damping capacity in the forging state is five times more than that of the second extrusion state. The influences of the processes on the damping capacity of AZ61 magnesium alloy can be explained by using the framework of Granato- Lucke theory.
