宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)是围产期胎儿死亡的主要原因之一,是动物新生期及后期代谢性疾病发生的重要原因,且在多胎动物中常有发生。目前试验较常用的IUGR建模方法有:子宫动脉结扎法、限制母体能量法和限制母体蛋白质法。随着IUGR动物模型的广泛应用,许多学者发现IUGR阻碍胰腺β细胞的发育、分化及增殖,表现为β细胞数量减少,胰腺中胰岛素含量降低,胰岛素分泌受损,进而引发代谢性疾病。本文综述了IUGR对胰腺内分泌功能的影响。
Intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR) increases the risk of perinatal death and metabolic diseases in neonatal period as well as adult life,with multiple births animals more affected.In animal models,IUGR is usually induced by uterine arteries ligation,maternal caloric restriction and maternal protein restriction.Recently,many researches were conducted to study the consequences of IUGR on the endocrine of pancreas.Those studies have shown that IUGR impairs the development,differentiation and proliferation of pancreatic beta cells.In addition,IUGR leads to a decrease in beta cell mass and pancreatic insulin contents,as well as insulin secretion,and consequently induces metabolic diseases in adult life.This paper reviewed the effect of IUGR on the development of endocrine pancreas.
