以“四季香菜”为试材，以基质栽培香菜为对照，采用无土气雾式栽培方法，研究了气雾栽培对香菜品质的影响。结果表明：气雾栽培条件下的香菜维生素C含量为70．7mg／100g，较基质栽培的香菜维生素C含量（37．8mg／100g）有显著提高；气雾培香菜，矿质元素硒的含量为0．021mg／g，较基质培香菜硒含量（0．010mg／g）有显著提高；气雾培香菜氨基酸含量较基质栽培的香菜略有提高，但差异不显著。

Taking Coriandrum sativurn L. as materials,the effect of aeroponics on the quality of Coriandrum sativurn were studied using aeroponics method. The results showed that the content of vitamin C in coriander of aeroponics was 70. 7 mg/100g, remarkably higher than substrate cultivation（37. 8 mg/100g） ;contents of mineral elements Se 0. 021 mg/g were remarkably higher than substrate cultivation（0. 010 mg/g）. Although content of amino acid was higher than substrate cultivation,there was no significant difference.
