为确定燕家河煤矿8215综放面沿空掘巷窄煤柱合理宽度,通过理论计算出煤柱合理宽度为6.57-7.67m,研究提出了5种不同宽度煤柱方案,并采用数值模拟分析软件UDEC分析了巷道围岩变形效果,模拟结果表明,当煤柱宽为6-8m时,巷道顶底板、两帮相对变形量分别为266-285mm、305-380mm,煤柱中部垂直应力为5.12-8.49MPa,煤柱底板垂直应力峰值为9.6-10.22MPa。并最终确定现场沿空掘巷煤柱宽为8m,回采时巷道顶底板、两帮的最大移近量分别为220-460mm、340-620mm,巷道顶板3m、6m处离层量分别为0.3-7.4mm、0.3-8.6mm,验证了煤柱宽度留设的合理性。
In order to determine the reasonable coal pillar width in roadway driven along goaf of 8215 fully mechanized caving face, theoretical calculation and numerical simulation were applied. The reasonable coal pillar width range was 6. 57-7.67m, according to the theoretical calculation. The surrounding rock deformations under 5 different coal pillar widths were analyzed with UDEC. The results show that, with coal pillar width of 6 -8m, the relative deformation of roof and floor is 266 - 285mm, and that of roadway ribs is 305 - 380ram, the vertical stress at pillar center is 5.12 8.49MPa, and the vertical stress peak at coal pillar floor is 9.6 - 10. 22MPa. The coal pillar was determined as 8 m, and the relative deformation of roof and floor was 220 - 460mm, and that of roadway ribs was 340 - 620mm, and the bed separation distance of 3m and 6m from roof were respectively 0. 3 - 7.4mm and 0. 3 - 8. 6mm. The width of the coal pillar was reasonable.
