传统腹腔镜手术器械手柄容易造成医生手部不适。增大接触面积和改变手部受力部位可提高手柄舒适度。利用逆向工程技术,获取人体手掌肌肉曲面特征,设计一款新型手柄。通过点云偏差分析,验证逆向工程设计的手柄曲面基本符合手掌曲面变化,偏差平均值为0.63mm。运用有限元分析方法,验证手部受力区域主要集中于大、小鱼际处。设计腹腔镜手术模拟实验,采用问卷调查与表面肌电信号检测的方法进行可用性评价。新手柄在主观评价上优于比对手柄,且存在显著性差异(P〈0.05)。使用新手柄时肌肉疲劳度轻于比对手柄,但无显著性差异。
Hand discomfort may caused by the conventional handle of laparoscopic instrument. Increase the contact area and change the stress area can improve the comfort level of handle. A new handle was designed based on the surface feature of human palm muscle,applying the reverse engineering technique. According the point cloud deviation analysis, the handle surface can match the camber change basically. According the finite element analysis, the mainly stress area were thenar and hypothenar. The usability of the new handle was evaluated in a laparoscopic simulation,and the experiment results were collected by a questionnaire and electromyography test. Significance differences were found for the subiective evaluation between new handle and the comparison handle (P〈0. 05). The new handle was better than the comparison one in muscle fatigue,without significance differences.
