在工程中弹簧刚度多采用近似法给出,一般不考虑旋绕比和螺旋升角的影响。文章运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,建立圆柱螺旋弹簧的有限元模型,计算旋绕比、螺旋升角等参数对弹簧刚度的影响,将分析结果与已有的弹簧刚度公式进行了对比。另外,分析了拉伸载荷下截面剪切应力的分布情况。结果表明,常用弹簧刚度的计算公式更为通用,有限元计算与公式计算结果吻合,仿真过程及结果在弹簧的选用及设计中具有参考意义。
Spring constant is generally given as an approximate formula in engineering application, which ignores the influence of index and the pitch angle. In this paper, finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to study the influence of geometrical parameters on spring constant, such as index, pitch angle. Comparison between the finite element analysis and published spring constant formulas was carried out. In addition, attention was paid to torsion stress distribution at the wire section. The results showed that the spring constant calculation in ABAQUS was in agreement with the given formulas and the general spring constant formula is more robust than the other derived ones. The simulation process and result can benefit for spring selection and design.
