科技资源配置效率是一个地区创新绩效的最直接体现.从投入与产出两个方面构造科技资源配置效率的评价指标体系,运用DEA模型分析了长三角城市群2000-2010年各城市科技资源配置效率的时空演变,利用基尼系数、锡尔指数对科技资源配置效率差异进行了分解.结果表明:研究期内长三角区域科技资源配置效率的总体格局变化不大,但有不断弱化趋势,配置效率差异呈现先降后升的“U”型分布,省域间科技资源配置效率差异一直是差异扩大的主导因素.
The innovation performance was the most direct expressed by technological resources allocation efficiency. Constructing the evaluation index system form the inputs and outputs aspects and by using of DEA model, this paper studied the technology efficiency of resource allocation time - spatial differentiation in Changjiang River Delta city group from 2000 to 2010. And then, technological efficiency of resource allocation was decom- posed by the Gini coefficient and Theil index. The results showed that: During the study period, though the regional scientific and technological efficiency of resource allocation fluctuates little, it was weakening trend. Alternatively, technology resources allocation efficiency emerged a "U" shaped distribution. Furthermore, the dominant factor of difference technological efficiency of resource allocation was inter - provincial differences in the Changjiang River Delta.
