以大连市甘井子区为研究对象,基于GIS技术结合土地利用动态度模型和生态系统服务价值估算方法,分析2000、2003、2006和2009年4个时序的大连市甘井子区土地利用数据,研究其土地利用变化对生态系统服务价值的影响。大连市甘井子区作为典型的城市边缘区,对其进行研究,可以得出城环边缘区的土地利用变化对生态系统服务价值的影响特征,对城市边缘区的土地利用规划与整理提供科学价值。结果表明,大连市甘井子区2000~2009年土地利用发生明显变化,耕地、园地、未利用地面积减少,建设用地、林地、水域面积有所增加,耕地土地利用动态度为-6.10%,建设用地土地利用动态度为1.27%;2000~2006年甘井子区生态系统服务价值呈现增加态势,6年间增加2 600.91万元,2006~2009年呈现减少态势,3年间减少679.36万元;除林地外,其他土地利用敏感性指数均小于1,生态系统服务价值对价值系数缺乏弹性。
The study is aimed at researching the effect of land use change on ecosystem service value in Ganjingzi District as the sample of the urban fringe area, by using the GIS technology with the method of ecosystem service value calculation and land use dynamic rate formula, based on the remote sensing image and land use data from 2000 to 2009. Ganjingzi District of Dalian is a typical urban fringe area. Study on Ganjingzi District of Dalian, it can be concluded that the land use change in the urban fringe area have a great influence on the ecosystem service value. The relationship between land use change and ecosystemservice value can make a contribution for the land use planning and arrangement in the urban fringe area in the future. The results show that the land use in Ganjingzi District have changed significantly from 2000 to 2009 ; the area of farmland, garden plot and unused land have de- creased ; the area of construction land, forest land, water area have increased ; the land use dynamic rate of farm- land is -6. 10%, the land use dynamic rate of construction land is 1.27%. The area of the forest and construc- tion land are increasing more and in the fastest growth rate, but the farmland are reducing more and in the fastest deceleration. From 2000 to 2006, the ecosystem service value in Ganjingzi District shows an increasing trend, the ecosystem service value during this six years have increased 26009100 Yuan. In 2006 -2009, the ecosystem serv- ice value in Ganjingzi District shows a reducing trend, the ecosystem service value during this three years have re- duced 6793600 Yuan. In 2000 - 2009, the value of ecosystem services in Ganjingzi District of Dalian city shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. The reduction of the ecosystem service value is due to the increasing area of the construction land as well as the decreasing area of the farmland and garden plot. In addition, farmland and garden plot both have stronger ecological functions which influence the ecosystem service value more. From 2
