针对相对有限的静止轨道卫星通信资源与不断增多的通信任务需求之间的矛盾日益突出的问题,通过分析静止轨道卫星通信的特点和工作过程,研究提出了多卫星、多任务通信环境背景下,静止轨道卫星通信资源-任务匹配的约束规则,建立优化调度的目标函数,构建静止轨道卫星通信资源-任务匹配问题的模型,给出解决该问题的基本思路,并进行了实际仿真。为探索静止轨道卫星通信资源的调度管理方法提供了理论依据和基础支撑。
Aimed at the increasing prominent contradiction between GEO satellite communication resources relatively limited and the demand for increasing communication tasks, the features and operation of the GEO satellite communications are analysised in this paper. With the multi-satellite multi-tasking communications environment background, the GEO satellite communication resources-task matching constraint rules are systematically pointed out, the objective function optimization scheduling is maded, the model of GEO satellite communication resources-task matching is established, the basic idea for solving this problem is provided and the simulation is performed. A theoretical basis and foundation support for the scheduling management of GEO satellite communication resources are provided.
