分析了现有的电机驱动型双配重平衡头造成错调、振荡、平衡时间长等问题的原因,提出了解决方法并将其应用到新设计的电磁驱动型双配重平衡头中。通过对双配重平衡头系统的分析,提出了配重块最优移动的准则及其判断原则。针对配重块的任意占位方式,总结出双配重平衡头无错调控制算法,并进行仿真试验验证。结果表明,该移动策略能有效地提高自动平衡品质,达到无错调、不振荡、平衡时间短的目的。
This article analyzes the problems of an existing motor-driven bi-disc balancer, namely the error movement, vibration and the long time needed to achieve balancing, and proposes solutions which are employed in the design of a new magnetic-driven bi-disc balancer. The optimal movement principles and methods of their determination have been obtained. The summed bi-disc error-free movement control algorithm was able to simulate any placeholder mode of the discs. The results show that the new movement control algorithm can effectively improve the quality of auto-balancing, achieve error-free movement, zero vibration and a short balancing time.
