废弃陶瓷经破碎、筛分加工成人工骨料,部分或全部取代天然砂、石配制成废弃陶瓷骨料混凝土。共设计13组混凝土,其中,基准混凝土1组,废弃陶瓷骨料取代天然粗骨料、取代天然细骨料及同时取代天然粗、细骨料的各4组,取代量分别为30%、50%、70%、100%。进行混凝土冻融循环试验。研究结果表明:废弃陶瓷经破碎筛分,加工成人工骨料,各项性能指标满足JGJ52—2006《普通混凝土用砂、石质量及检验方法标准》的要求;废弃陶瓷骨料界面与天然骨料界面无明显差异,与水泥石咬合紧密,镜下无裂隙所见;废瓷陶瓷骨料混凝土的抗冻性与普通混凝土的抗冻性无明显差异,最高冻融循环次数均为50次。
Waste ceramic blocks were processed into artificial aggregate which were used for preparing concrete,that is, waste ceramic aggre- gate concrete.There were 13 groups of concrete, such as 1 group of control concrete, 12 groups of waste ceramic aggregate concrete in which natu- ral coarse aggregate,natural fine aggregate, and both natural coarse aggregate and fine aggregate were replaced by waste ceramic aggregate respec- tively.The percentages of replacement were 30%, 50%, 70%, 100%.Carded out concrete frost resistance tests, and some results were obtained. Firstly,main technical properties of the artificial aggregate made of waste ceramic blocks meet "Standard for technical requirements and test method of sand and crushed stone (or gravel ) for ordinary concrete (JGJ52--2006)".Secondly, interface of waste ceramic aggregate was similar to that of natural aggregate, and there were all not any cracks at the interface under microscope.Finally, frost resistance of waste ceramic aggregate concrete was not different from frost resistance of natural aggregate concrete obviously, and the most freezing-thawing cycle times were all 50.
