Considering concrete damage and reinforcing bar damage and time-dependent deterioration on the materials＇strength at the same time.The time-dependent models of the strength and stiffness on existing reinforced concrete structure are put forward.Dynamic reliability index is calculated,so that results of reliability appraisal become more clear and reasonable.The formula of time-dependent resistance on the T-type member in flexure is given.The engineering example is given to illustrate the correctness of the method.
