摘要电路板的状态监测和故障诊断是装备维修保障的重要研究课题,本文介绍了ASA(analog signature analysis)技术的原理、特点并分析了其应用特点,提出了一种将数字灰度图的表示方法用于ASA曲线的处理方法,该方法能对海量数据进行转换与压缩,并用于电路板状态的监测与故障诊断。实验表明,该方法能极大地缩小数据的存储规模,提高电路板状态监测与故障诊断的自动化程度。
The condition monitor and fault diagnosis of circuit board is an important research subject in e- quipment maintenance support. The principle and characteristics of ASA technology are introduced in this paper and the shortage of ASA is analyzed. Aiming at the shortage, a gray -scale map for processing ASA curve is proposed in this paper. The proposed method can realize the conversion and compression of massive data and be used for the condition monitor and fault diagnosis of circuit board. The experiment results show that the size of storage data can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the degree of automation of condition monitor and fault diagnosis of circuit board can be improved.
