本文旨在探讨影响大学生创业决策认同度与正确度的关键因素。在文献研究和访谈研究的基础上重新修订了大学生创业警觉性、创业背景知识、创新性认知风格问卷,对获取的预测数据和正式测量数据进行了统计分析。结果表明：预测大学生创业决策认同度和正确度的变量中,特殊兴趣和领域知识能够有效预测大学生的创业决策认同度;而创业警觉性中的探求挖掘和敏锐预见能够有效预测创业决策正确度。此外,领域知识在探求挖掘和决策认同度的关系中起到反向调节作用。

英文摘要：

The paper aims to explore key factors on identification and accuracy of entrepreneurial decision making.Based on literatures and interviews,entrepreneurial alertness,prior knowledge,recognition style of creativity questionnaires were revised and delivered to entrepreneurial students.The valid and test survey and formal survey data were returned and analyzed.The result indicated that special interest and relevant knowledge among the factors could effectively predict the identification on entrepreneurial decision-making of students;and prospecting and sensitive foresight could effectively predict the accuracy on entrepreneurial decision-making of students.In addition,domain knowledge had the negative buffering effect between prospecting and identification on entrepreneurial decision-making.
