目的:调查大学生人际自立及合作技能状况,并探讨人际自立与合作技能之间的关系。方法:采用人际自立和合作技能量表对664名大学生进行调查。结论:大学生的人际自立水平和合作技能都有提升的空间,可以从多角度着手,创设更多空间让其构建自身的人际网络,进而提升学生的合作能力。
Objective: To investigate the status of college students' interpersonal self-support and cooperative skills and explore the relationship between them. Method: The Interpersonal Self-Support Scale for Adolescent Students and Cooperative Skill Scale were used to investigate 664 college students. Conclusion: There is still room for improvement in both interpersonal self-support and cooperative skills of college students, and we can start from multiple angles to create more space to construct college students' interpersonal networks and thus to improve their cooperative skills.
