对Samiran Banerjee and Ping Lin（2011）的二阶段合作研发模型加以扩展,构建了由中游企业开展研发的三阶段协同合作博弈模型。研究结果表明,在四类协同合作方式下,三方协同合作为最优策略,最大化中游企业的研发投入、最大化最终产品的产量、最大化供应链的总效益。此外,无论是前向溢出系数或者后向溢出系数均表现为溢出系数越大越促进中游企业的R＆D投入。
英文摘要：
Based on Samiran Banerjee and Ping Lin（2011） vertical cooperation innovation model, this paper proposes a three-level supply chain that the midstream enterprise conducts R＆D. Results show that cooperative R＆D is the best way in those three strategies, maximizing R＆D investment of midstream enterprise, production of the final product and the total profit of the supply chain. In addition, whatever forward or backward overflow index, the more overflow index, the more R＆D investment.
