设计了一个基于4光束激光扫描和特征靶标的汽车车身关键点尺寸的三维测量系统。对测量系统中数据采集与处理部分的实现过程作了详细的介绍。此数据采集和处理模块解决了当多路信号同时到达时,如何将数据完整地写入FIFO的关键问题,实现了数据的有效采集。最后给出了数据采集与处理部分的完整的程序流程图。
A three-dimensional measurement system of auto body size of the key points based on four laser scanning and feature target was designed. The implementation procedure of the section of measurement system data collection and processing was introduced in detail. A key problem was solved that how to make the data written into the FIFO perfectly when the multiple signals were transmitted at the same time; Consequently, the data was collected effectively. Finally,the complete program flow chart the data collection and processing was given.
