基于叶尖定时测振原理,对双传感器测量叶片同步振动的双参数分析方法进行理论推导,建立叶片同步振动分析模型并进行计算机仿真,得出双参数辨识叶片同步振动的具体方法。利用自主开发的叶尖定时测振系统在某型号航空设备上成功完成振动检测试验,采用双参数法对试验数据分析处理,准确辨识出叶片同步共振的幅值、固有频率、倍频等参数,所得结果与理论分析基本一致。
Based on vibration measuring principle of blade tip-timing ( BTr), theoretical derivation is carried out to the two-parameter-plot method. Synchronous blade vibration is identified only by two blade tip timing probes. Analysis model of synchronous blade vibration is setup and simulated. Experiments of certain model of aerial equipments have completed successfully the blade vibration measuring system, which is designed independently. The data of the experiments is analyzed by using this method. The parameters include amplitude, natural frequency and engine order of the blade vibration are identified correctly. The result is accord with the theoretical derivation.
