随着高校研发投入的逐年增加,专利申请量逐年增长,高校专利趋于"分散"导致了大量闲置性专利。本文以我国累计专利申请总量前50名中的31所985高校及所有高校为样本,来验证高校研发人员,研发投入经费对高校专利分散的影响。实证结果表明,随着高校每年研发人员的增多以及研发投入经费的加大,专利分散问题日趋严重,基本符合Williamson—Alonso模型假定。我国高校应当重视专利分散问题,积极推动协同创新,促进专利适当集中管理。
With the increasing R&D investment in universities, and the rapid growth of the patent filings, college patent tends to be "fragmented", it has led to a large number of idle patents. Based on the thirty-one 985 universities of total amount for application on the top 50 colleges and all the universities as sample to demonstrate how researchers and R&D investment funds impact on the universities frag- mented patents. The empirical results show that the more the number of R&D personnel and invest- ment funds increases every year, the more serious fragmented patents are, which meets Williamson- Alonso model. Universities must pay attention to fragmented patents, positively motivate collabora- tive innovation, promote appropriate centralized management of patents.
