Hippo信号通路是近年来在果蝇体内发现的一条新的细胞信号通路,主要功能包括保持细胞增殖凋亡、调控器官体积,其调控异常将导致肿瘤的发生。LncRNA(long non-codingRNA,LncRNA)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸的非编码RNA,缺少特异开放阅读框,不具备蛋白质编码功能。研究显示,LncRNA与肿瘤的发生、发展、转移密切相关。本文就Hippo信号通路和相关LncRNA与肿瘤关系的研究进展做一综述。
Hippo signal pathway is newly found cell pathway in drosophila in recent years. Its main function include maintaining cell proliferation and apoptosis balance and regulation of organ size. The disregulation of the signal path- way lead to tumorigenesis. LncRNAs( long non -coding RNA, LncRNA) is a type of transcripts longer than 200 nu- cleotides, which lack of specific open reading frame and without the function of the protein encoded. Researches have demonstrated that LncRNA is closely related to tumorigenesis, development and metastasis. This review aimed to dis- cass the ralationship of Hippo signal pathway and related LncRNA in tumors.
