目的：研究金欣口服液对呼吸道合胞病毒（RSV）感染的人喉癌上皮细胞（Hep-2）细胞的间接抑制作用。方法：含药血清先作用细胞一段时间再感染RSV。用MTT法测病变抑制率及测上清滴度观察金欣口服液含药血清对RSV的间接抑制作用。结果：MTT法测定病毒抑制率均大于50%,含药血清组上清滴度与空白血清组和病毒对照组比较有显著差异,滴度低于后两组。结论：金欣口服液含药血清可能有抑制RSV胞膜上的吸附蛋白与细胞表面受体结合的作用。

Objective：To study the indirect inhibition of antiviral activity of serum contained JinXin oral liquid on respiratory syncyntial virus infection in Hep-2 cells.Methods：The cells are reacted the serum contained medicine the period of time then infected with RSV.To observe the indirect inhibitory of the serm contained JinXin oral on RSV,with MTT colorimetric assay method to measure the restraint rate of cytopathic effect and determining the supernatant tilter.Results：Its virus inhibition rate is higher than 50%.Comparing with blank serum group and viral group,the supernatant tilter of the containing medicine serum group is significant lower.Conclusion：The serum contained JinXin oral liquid may have inhibited RSV membrane on protein adsorption and cell-surface receptor-binding role.
