The summary is about the research development of Th1/Th2 drifting under the condition of respiratory syncytial virus （ RSV ） infection as well as Chinese medicine to that condition influence, and look ahead for future research. In my opinion, we should discuss the rule of occurrence and change of immunity pathology damage and the function of Chinese medicine thoroughly under the RSV infection condition, in order to explore the new efficacy mechanism of Chinese medicine and instruct the treatment of RSV infection.
