高速旋转集成动力装置工作转速高,热累积效应明显,因此性能退化速度快。研究动力装置关键旋转元部件的故障机理,确定小空间多点振动耦合,给出基于盲源分离的故障特征提取和故障诊断方法,基于累积损伤和集中参数热模型给出了集成动力装置性能退化规律。理论和试验表明,盲源分离故障诊断方法和基于集中参数欠冷却的热模型规律适合于高速旋转集成动力装置的故障诊断和故障率变化分析。
Directing to the characteristics of high speed operation, heat accumulation effect and rapid decline in performance of the integrated power plant, this paper focuses on its failure mechanism analysis to determine the multi point vibration coupling in small size, and carry out the failure features extraction and fault diagnosis based on the blind source separation, and give the rapid performance degradation based on the cumulative fatigue damage and lumped parameter thermal model. The theoretical analysis and experimental result indicate that the above research is content for the high-speed rotary mechanism fault diagnosis and the performance degradation description.
