目的运用18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖(18F—FDG)正电子发射计算机体层摄影(PET)成像方法探讨吸入芳香剂对嗅觉脑功能的作用。方法6名健康志愿者在静息状态下和吸嗅芳香精油状态下分别进行”F-FDGPET扫描显像,比对前后图像,运用Matlab6.5、SPM2等软件进行数据分析,总结其成像特点。结果吸嗅芳香精油后,额叶、眶额叶皮质、内侧颞叶、边缘系统扣带回等区域出现显著激活。表现为右侧大脑半球激活较为明显。结论PET—CT是研究人类嗅觉与脑功能联系的重要方法,本研究证实了气味物质能够经嗅觉通路引起情绪、学习记忆相关脑区的激活。
Objective Use is F-Fluorodeoxyglucose (18 F-FDG) PET imaging method to explore the brain function activated by inhalation. Methods Six healthy volunteers participated in the test. All subjects were scaned twice, before and after smell fragrant essential oil inhalation. The data were processed with Matlab 6.5, SPM2. Results After smell fragrant essential oils, activation were present in the frontal lobe, orbitofrontal cortex, the medial tempo- ral lobe, and cingulate gyms, and present dominantly in the right hemisphere. Conclusion PET-CT plays an es- sential role in studying of human olfactory system. This study confirms that the odor activates the mood, learning and memory related brain regions through the olfactory pathway.
