分析了鄂庄煤炭地下气化工程自投产以来产气量低且不稳定的原因。研究了空气连续气化、富氧气化、富氧-水蒸气气化等参数,探索鄂庄煤层地下气化规律,认为可采用脉动两阶段工艺提高煤气热值。当煤层气化最佳气、氧体积比为1.4:1,氧气体积分数为40%时,气化效率较高。在气化过程中,需根据气化工作面、高温温度场的移动及煤气组成的变化,采用辅助孔气化、反向气化等辅助气化工艺,维持气化煤层高温温度场,提高煤层气化效率,保证气化过程连续稳定进行。该结论为2号炉建设及采用富氧-水蒸气连续气化工艺提供理论依据,二期工程在此基础上实现了煤层地下气化的稳定高产。
